Hourly & Bulk Rates

BLOCK’S OF HOURS AS FOLLOWS:
    >  10 hours @ $90.00 per hour = $900.00 expires 6 months after date of contract (0%)
    >  50 hours @ $85.00 per hour = $4,250.00 expires 1 year after date of contract (5.9%)
    >  100 hours @ $75.00 per hour = $7,500.00 expires 1 year after date of contract (17.6%)
    >  200 hours @ $70.00 per hour = $14,000.00 expires 1 year after date of contract (23.5%)

EMERGENCY’S:
    >  Diamond Computers will be on site within 4 to 8 hours
    >  Emergency’s $125.00 per hour and can be taken out of the contract hours with same percent discount
    >  When a computer will not allow the company to operate
    >  Server is down
    >  Any other computer problem that cannot wait 48 hour period

NON EMERGENCY’S:
    >  Diamond Computers will be on site within 48 hours unless otherwise scheduled
    >  A computer is unable to print
    >  Cannot connect to the network
    >  Software will not install on the machine
    >  Installing software

PROGRAMMING
    >  Programming $125.00 per hour and will be taken out of the contract hours
    >  VB Dot Net
    >  Integration
    >  PLC
    >  Writing database’s
    >  Macro’s
    >  Template’s

A statement will be emailed at the end of each month to show how many hours that have been used.

Payment is due on signing of contract.
